TONEARM
This is an upgrade up the previous version of the tonearm. The bearing versions is very sturdle, but it has the problem that bearings are not so fluid and sometimes the arm got stuck in point of the vinyl record.
So I decided to switch the bearings with normal pins. This replacement need a very good tolerance in the holes' dimension. For this reason I have used a resin printer, a very cheap one, and after a few tolerance test I reach the right compromise between jog and friction. As Pin I chose a simple Geomag piece(just remove the plastic and the calamities). Mine Geomag, and hope everyone's, has an inside pin with diameter of 5.05mm (measured with a simple caliper ).
I noticed that changing inclination of the printed pices it could affect the tolerance.
So with fixed inclination of about 25°vertical respect the vertical to get interference we need an Hole with the CAD nominal dimemension below 5.10mm and instead to get a very little jog with low friction(use WD40) we need a 5.2mm hole

As Antiskating system, I use a simple weight with fishing wire, look the video below, and as counterweight a bolt with a 3d printed cap.

The geometry and the angle of the cartridge holder are optimized for my design of record player. If you need additional information just write on the forum or email me.
As tube I use a carbon fiber tube, with and outside diameter of 12mm and inside diameter of 10mm.
